1 Current Rates are what Everly offers as of May 1, 2025, are subject to change, but will never be less than the stated Guaranteed Rate. When applying the Cap or Participation Rate, if the Annual Point-to-Point change in the index is 0% or negative, we will never credit the maturing segment less than 0%.

2 Guaranteed Rates for each allocation option are guaranteed for the life of the policy (once issued) and will not change.

3 Effective Date for the Holding Account and Fixed Account means the rate will apply for any policies issued on that date going forward and is set for 1-year. For the Cap and Participation Rate accounts, this is the next Transfer Date for when money from the Holding Account may be allocated to each account. Once a new index segment is created, it holds the current rate for the duration of the segment term (1- year).

Regardless of your payment pattern, Policy Charges will continue to be assessed. Therefore, depending on actual results of your payments, actual index account performance and interest earned, and Policy Charges, you may need to increase your payment to prevent the policy from lapsing. Although you won’t lose money due to a negative index performance, your cash value can decrease due to policy charges.
